The Salt Spring Arts Council is proud to support the SSI Potters Guild and SSICA:

October 4 – October 14, 2018

Opening Reception: October 4, 6 – 8pm
Awards Gala: October 13, 7pm

The Salt Spring Island Potters Guild is pleased to announce the launch of the Biennial Juried Exhibition called the Salt Spring Island Ceramic Awards, featuring the best in ceramic art from the Gulf Islands and Vancouver Island. 62 works of Ceramic Art have been juror selected and will be exhibited and for sale at our historic Mahon Hall on Salt Spring Island.

The aim of this award is to encourage artists whose practice demonstrates originality, creativity and technical skill resulting in work with depth and visual impact. The intent is also to strengthen the Guild by raising its profile in the ceramic community and with the general public.
