WORKSHOP REGISTRATION TERMS, CONDITIONS & POLICIES
Full payment is required upon registration to ensure your space in the workshop. Payment by cheque should be made to Salt Spring Arts Council. We do not accept post-dated cheques. Please add 5% GST to adult courses and material fees. Gift certificates are available.
Note: No refunds will be made during the final week before classes begin.
If full payment has been made and a student withdraws from a course, the workshop cost less a $25 administration fee will be refunded.
Should you find a suitable substitute to fill your place in the workshop, we will consider this a transaction between you and your substitute, and honour the registration.
If Salt Spring Arts Council cancels a course due to insufficient registration or due to the instructor, the entire fee will be refunded. Cancellation decisions are made one week before workshop start date.
In the event that a workshop you wish to take is full, you can choose to be placed on a waiting list by contacting the workshop coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org. Any positions that may open up will be filled based on the date of placement on the wait list. If we are unable to contact you, we will move to the next listed individual.
