Instructor Claire Ryder

Marbling on Paper for ages 4 -12yrs. ( 4 & 5 yr. old must be accompanied by an adult)
In this fun workshop you will learn how to create a colorful marble pattern on paper. Paper marbling is a method of  surface design, which can produce beautiful patterns similar to smooth marble or other kinds of stone and is often seen on old book covers.  The patterns are the result of color floated on either plain water or a viscous solution known as size, and then carefully transferred to an absorbent surface, such as paper or fabric. You will come away with 2 of your own marble patterns on paper.

All materials are non toxic and wash up with water, so clean up is easy.
